The Role:
As Legal Counsel, you will:
- Provide legal advice and support on funds and financial regulatory matters.
- Draft and review fund documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Ireland and the UK.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external counsel on legal matters.
- Support the organisation in managing legal risk and delivering strategic objectives.
The Person:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- 3–6 years’ PQE as a Funds or Financial Regulation Solicitor in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong knowledge of Irish and UK funds regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work within a fast-paced environment.
